How to: Use Excel built-in templates.

Select 'New...' from the 'File' menu, click the 'Spreadsheet Solutions' tab, and select the desired template.

NOTE 1: Excel's built-in templates help automate common tasks. For example, data entered in a workbook based on a built-in template can be automatically added to a linked database.
NOTE 2: Templates included in a typical installation of Excel are: Invoice, Loan Manager, Purchase Order, and Village Software. Additional templates such as Personal Budgeter, Car Lease Manager, Change Request, Expense Statement, Business Planner, Sales Quote, and Timecard can be added by running Excel's Setup program again.
